Subject: Who created the custom plan?
Hello,
I'm doing the winter maintenance "focus" plans then rolling into a 20 week custom HIM plan. I know that Mike Ricci created the focus plans. But who is responsible for the algorithm/whatever that generates the custom plans?

I did the bulk of the workout volume algorithm, Mike Ricci helped on the actual workout structure.  Do you have a specific question regarding it?

No specific questions as of now. I was just curious as to who it was that I was virtually getting "coached" by. Thanks for the quick answer.
