Subject: 12.2.13 Monday Morning
Not so good morning here! Got up to do my workout but felt increasingly sick throughout, finally decided I'd had enough and promptly threw up. Nice! Took the day off from school, which I feel terrible about since we just had a break, but will spend it in bed. Ugh!

4:30am: 60 mins on KK
5:30am: 15 min run before 'the incident'

Have a good day, I will try for the same!

Going to the pool today probably a bunch of fast 25's are the order of the day after slacking off all weekend.
