Very good run for me. My tailbones hurt from the bike ride, may need to do some adjusting. I'm very impressed with how much my structured training plan has helped improve my overall racing ability.

Course: This swim was in the river. We just followed the shoreline, didn't even have a bouy for us to finish around. Not very impressive cordination. I swam very well today for me and can see the difference now that I'm swimming regularly.

Course: The course was out and back. The wind going out was ruff, but coming back was awesome! I had a decent bike leg today, didn't catch as many people as normal, however I did better on the swim putting only really strong people in front of me.

Kick ! nice run! Sub 7! Wow - glad to see you are sticking with a plan and seeing results - I like to hear that. Keep it up. I am doing Soma in late Oct in AZ - I saw you might do a 1/2 in early Oct in AZ? Good luck if you go! Think about Soma too - should be fun!
