I paced the 4:10 group with Iain. He took in our last two who hung on and I stayed back at mile 26 to encourage our stragglers in, so I was a tad late.
What would you do differently?:

Warm down:

Walk to PBN tent and sit my ass down and drink a coke.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I was on a PACE team.

Event comments:

2nd pacing gig. Good practice. It was harder for me than it sound have been. Knees tight. Quads sore.

I signed up for Ironman Frankfurt, next year July - and I am very excited about it. I originally planned to run my first Marathon in the middle of September, but am not sure if this is wise.
