Subject: Gravenhurst triathlon water

Just wondering what the water temperature is up there? Will it be wetsuit legal?

Hoping John will let me know.

Looking forward to the race.

I believe that Gravenhurst has always been wetsuit legal, and this year I suspect it will be wetsuit recommended.

For that matter, I am having trouble recalling any Ontario triathlon that was not wetsuit legal in the past 10 years.

Hi guys,

We don't usually get water temp for Gravenhurst until the crew arrives for set-up on Friday. The water temp there can fluctuate as well so getting a temp is not as practical for this race until race weekend. That being said I would recommend bringing a wetsuit.

Mark, Lakeside has been a non-wetsuit race a couple of times over the past 10 years.
