PM 2700m of swimming. Mostly 100m repeats. Happy to be hitting 1:35 consistently again after having major issues with swimming this fall--injuries, too tired from running higher mileage, flagging motivation as due to work committments and coursework I couldn't make it to a tri or aquathlon this season. HIM coming up in May and one of my old tri buddies is doing it too, so hopefully have motivation covered.
Bedtime now! One more week of school to go--I really, really need a vacation! |
