What's done or on tap for everyone today?

5 min of 1-armed swim cords and 22 min of yoga for me. Another 3-5 weeks no training while injuries from IMWA heal up and I drive my new husband crazy

Today is the first day of my training plan for IMTX! On tap is a 45 minute trainer ride. However, I am also doing a Holiday Run Challenge, so I will add a 1 mile run to the bike ride. Also have 30 minutes of strength training on tap. Here's to a great training day!

Rest day for me. Yesterday I met up with a group and ran for 2 hours through the snowy trails of mount royal. I'm always amazed at how effortless it feels to work out with a group vs working out by yourself. I love it.

Good morning!  Whirlwind weekend of chaperoning girls varsity basketball team to Reno and back--long drive and all the caffeine and road food killed my mojo for a workout this morning!  I got up to do it, lasted about 10 minutes and went back to bed.  I am definitely not cut out to be a road warrior.  I'll be back at it tomorrow morning!

After a 5k PR on Saturday and a nice 6.5 mile run yesterday, I'm planning on a 60 minute session on the trainer this evening.
