I am up to 2-minute plank today. I have missed a few days, but doubled up on subsequent days as needed. Increasing 1 second per day, and it's starting to get tough!

Good luck all.

I also took up rock climbing lately and since I'm already down there will try to follow up with a set of finger tip push ups to strengthen my flimsy forearms. Thanks for this challenge!

Rock climbing in Florida That is a great way to keep fit. My whole family loves it. I would too, if I didn't have to get off the ground. Heights and I are not friends. Where do you live in Sarasota?

I did not keep up with this while I was on vacation. I am feeling a little squishy in the middle. Time to double up and catch up.

I was climbing while on vacation but have been meaning to try Vertical Ventures but ended up dropping this adventure in place of mountain biking the trails at Caloosahatchee and Alafia.

I admit I hated this challenge but now look forward to my plank a day. I have mine up to 4 minutes.

Don't be! I failed this challenge miserably. I pretty much quit planking every day a week after that post and reverted back to planks in the gym only. I will get back on it, but probably limit them to 1 minute just to make it easier.

I've been doing a 2 minute plank a day before work for about 2 months. Occasionally I forget or am running too late, but I'll say I've got about 50 out of the past 60 days. I usually do it while my coffee is brewing, and typically say my morning prayer to multitask and take my mind off how bad planks stink.
