Subject: 4.5.16 Tuesday Training! Good morning BT! Wow, lots of quality work yesterday! 4:30am: :60 minutes on the KK--solid effort 5:30am: :40 minutes strength training Curtis...St. George 70.5 is a beast!!! I've done it twice ('14 & '15) Hills, hills, and more hills--get in as much as you can! I would have done it again this year but daughter's prom is the same day--the race will be there for years--high school moments won't be. It's a gorgeous, gorgeous course though! A lot of professionals there as well--I fan girled Rinny last year--watched her set up her transition. Oh! Yesterday afternoon :45 minute OWS out at Blue Lake--water was choppy due to wind--figured it was good practice for swimming in rough water! Have a stellar day! |
