Elite 4583![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Subject: 4.21.16 Thursday Workouts!Good morning BT! 4:00am: 1:30 on the KK--lots of 'fun' hill repeat simulations...ugggh! 5:30am: :20 minute run followed by another 20 minutes of core Off to Vegas today for my girls weekend--yahoo!!! One of my besties is also very fit so I imagine we'll fit some sort of something in--run, hike, etc. The rest of the time will be lounging and relaxing by the pool and reverting back to 11 years old--we've all been best friends since 5th grade! The inside jokes are 30 years old and still funny lake--glad to see you back! Hope the hope the hospitals are running smoothly! Jamie--we may need a cabana boy--you interested?! Have a great day! |

Just had to share that. She who always said she would never marry or have kids. I was the one who wanted to marry young and have four or five of them. Funny how things turn out. 4 AM--Ouch! This must mean you are getting up at some obscene hour like....3:30? Or do you wake up faster than I do? There is NO WAY I can be functional (physically or mentally) for a workout in less than 30 minutes. As it is, every time I get on the trainer at 5, I am missing something: HR monitor, socks, water bottle, sweat-mopping towel, the workout, even (once) bike shorts. (Really, I started biking in my PJ's!) A little after 5 before I got started here: AM 1:10 trainer ride with some Z2, 3, and 4 pickups PM: 3200m of swimming, bunch of different sets About ready to call it a day. No morning workout planned for tomorrow but not sure I can make it to 8:30 PM! |

Hoping for a run today but you all may have seen some news of flooding in Texas. The weather is brutal out there. I'll at least have my 30 minute strength session but might hit the treadmill if the rain doesn't let up. Have fun in Vegas, Kim. Put 10 bucks on black for me at the Roulette wheel, then go for a run at the Valley of Fire. You ever been there? |

I'm heading out with my BFF from college to California this afternoon to visit another close friend. Lots of shenanigans! 5:15am - 60 min power spin - 4 min efforts increasing in intensity - great workout! Wanted to swim today but yesterday I woke up and could barely move my shoulder. My neighbor who's a PT said my ribs were off and to give it a couple days. Damn that hurts! So, went to a local trail and hiked/trail ran the 4.5 mile loop. Was nice to be out! |
