Hi guys! Let's do it again or for those who tried last month (like me) get close to 100 miles this month!

So far I'm at 1.6 miles.

Nice work DaVinci surpassing 100 last month! And Pink socks, I hope you're feeling better.

7.6 miles so far. Building up slowly so I don't injure myself.

Hey Guys! I was holding back this month from joining the challenge because I wasn't sure if I could recover from the sinus infection and get back to a good running plan safely. But thankfully, I hope I'm back into the swing of things.

Had a marathon yesterday. Loved it! My first point-to-point and it was the reverse route of the capture of Jefferson Davis. Different because this race is put on by non-runners who are history buffs. They did so many things better because of their lack of knowledge. They contacted the people along the route and the 4-H clubs and these were our aid stations. The food was amazing - more like a ultra than a marathon. Small, small, small race. I had a blast!

61 miles thus far. Going for a walk now to try to get some of the soreness out of me.

Hope all of you guys are doing well.

79.6 thus far. I hope I can get some runs in during the long weekend but not sure since it's son's graduation and we have people for several days. Sigh.

Roland, glad you are getting back into the running. DeVinci, looks like you recovered well from Boston.

You made it DaVinci! I'm finishing May with a little less than 46 miles (have a short run planned tomorrow after work). Feeling great!

WooHoo, congrats DeVinci!!!! And you too Roland! You are coming back well from the injury.

I barely missed it. 94.6 miles. Thought about going out for 5.4 last evening but was so sore from yoga, I decided to skip. Plus we went to look for flooring. (My son graduated this weekend and in honor of the occasion, we had a leaking pipe in our slab. Sometimes, you just have to laugh at the timing. Thankfully all was repaired just before the guests arrived and the graduation. Now I'll get new flooring.)

Keep up the good work everyone!

Most people believe that running barefoot is dangerous. Certainly, depending upon the surface, they would be correct. However, there is some suggestion that running barefoot may reduce injuries.
