Good morning BT!

4:30am:  :55 minute run: 1 mile WU/1X1K/1X2K/2X1K/400m RI between each.

5:30am:  :40 minutes lower body/core

Picture day ended up being just fine...I was too busy helping everyone get ready that I didn't have time to reflect on it being my daughter's senior picture!  Jamie, I'd say the hair was more helmet head than beehive!

Cross country meet today...super flat course so I'm excited to see what my boys can do today!

Have a great day all!

Good luck with the XC meet!

Little bit of everything today....

45 minute trainer ride with some single-leg drills
17 minute brick run after bike
32 minutes of strength stuff

Last week I was sore after ST from Wednesday till Sunday. Hope it doesn't take that long to recover from this one!

I have been absent for a while. The good news the hospital is getting busy. I did a funny comment where one patient said the hospital " is run by nothing but dirty whores" I have been called many things as a CEO but that an original and I had a good laugh.

I swam 2200 yards today. Yesterday was weights and running for 25 minutes afterwards.

Have a good week everyone!!
