Good morning BT!  I'm just about back to 100%.

4:45am:  4.5 mile run: 1 mile WU/3X1600m with 400m RI/cool down.  Pushed hard but probably not as hard as I could have.

5:45am: stretching and core

Today is pajama day at school for Homecoming Week...at least I get to be comfy cozy in pj pants and a sweatshirt--gotta love that!

Have a great day!

Pajama Day would be nice tomorrow!

5:15 AM Hour run including a bunch of strides and stride drills.

All day hanging out in the park downtown helping to run an "Amazing Race" activity for the kiddos. I swear humidity was 110%. Fortunately the torrential rain held off till we were on the bus headed back to school! No DNF's or DQ's. The event took most teams 4-5 hours (mostly on foot) so it was like a HIM--I was impressed that most of the teams managed a sprint to the finish line!

5PM-ish: 30 minutes of strength stuff.

Just epically wet here. It's getting to the point where it's raining every day, and almost all day. Can't keep/get anything dry, including shoes.
