Good morning BT!

4:30am: :60 minutes on the trainer--WU/main set of intervals/sprints/cool down

5:30am:  :30 minutes upper body strength + core

I am more excited to go to our school play tonight than to go and vote tonight...ugggggh.

Have a great day despite all the political nonsense out there today!

Good morning, glad it is election day so it will be over tomorrow.

5:00 am swim consisted of WU: 400 & 300 non-free and then 6x50 on 1:00. MS: 10x100 on 2:15. 4x150 on 3:00. These are fast. Really push the last 50 of each. CD: 125. Total of 2725 yards.

Have a great day!

5:00 am I had a date with my Kickr. Hot and sweaty first thing in the morning

Today is our first swim meet! I am super excited but I had to deal with some knuckleheaded shenanigans from some of the team first thing this morning. TEENAGERS!!

Short run post swim meet. Glad I already voted via mail in. I felt the need to take a shower right after

Shenanigans is right. I'd say that I'm looking forward to tomorrow, but I'm pretty sure the clown show won't end any time soon.

11:40 - 1 hour strength. This stuff is kicking my butt . . . I'm so weak!

Have a great day, despite elections!

5 AM One hour trainer ride with a bunch of had stuff-stand on the pedals. Ugh. It does not work so well on a tri bike. Felt like I was going to fall nose-down on the aerobars.

6 AM 20 minute run in a downpour. (Waiting it out not an option--had to get to work.) Of course it stopped the minute I got to work.

PM: 30 minutes of strength stuff.

I took an entire week off from training as I finished my seasons last triathlon last weekend. Speaking of which I never did file a race report.

Today was my usual 3.6 mile run around town. Mid 10's pace, leg muscles wondering what the hell was going on, ab muscles tightening and cringing, heart rate up and oxygen efficiency down. Not a hard run but definitely felt the week of loafing around.

Now that I don't have any races scheduled I am in training limbo, not quite sure what to do. I feel so lonely and unstructured, lol!
