Elite  4583   |  Subject: 12.23.16 Fabulous Friday!Good morning BT! 8:00am: 30 minute recovery run with some strides 8:30am: 5X5 strength Well, we had too much other cooking going on yesterday so making cookies today. I will just stay out of the kitchen (which is what I do best, lol!) Karen, I've never had a egg nog latte...might have to indulge in one! Hope you all are heading into a wonderful Christmas holiday weekend with your loved ones! I have more company incoming today! Have a great Friday!

Last night for Christmas I ordered myself a swim kit, snorkel, pull buoy, ankle strap, fins, kickboard and a bag to keep it all in. All from Finis with a 30% discount, yay me, haha |

I'm up near philly for the holidays, so we went to the king of prussia mall (biggest one in the country by some standard) and walked probably another 25 miles in there. I'm ready to put my feet up and have an egg nog latte |

Master 8247 Eugene, Oregon Bronze member | Subject: RE: 12.23.16 Fabulous Friday! I feel your pain. Honestly, have had days of shopping that felt harder on the feet and legs than a marathon. Maybe because those mall floors aren't very forgiving! 1:30 trainer ride here, mostly Z2, plus a 25 minute, very wet, brick run. Dark and gloomy all day; by the time I finished running (before 2:45 PM) people were turning on their Christmas lights. All liquid here but the Cascades are supposed to have 6-12 inches of snow. Guess the skiers will be happy! Plus one eggnog latte after the run! (I think they actually mix the eggnog 50-50 with skim milk; at least that is how our neighborhood Starbucks makes them.) |

New user 1351 Austin, Texas | Subject: RE: 12.23.16 Fabulous Friday! Seriously, I feel like I could run forever but if I walk more than 2 miles my whole body feels like I've been hit by a bus. Must be the accumulation of that many steps landing on my heels rather than the ball of my foot. I was built to run, not walk. Hope you're enjoying the change of temperature and time home with your family during the holidays  |
