Elite  4583   |  Subject: 12.25.16 Merry Christmas!!!Merry Christmas BT! Hope you are all enjoying your day with friends and loved ones! Sometime this afternoon: :70 minute run on the treadmill--uuuugh! My trails are too snowy and icy plus the wind is howling so treadmill it was. I didn't get any strength stuff done at all--will make up for that tomorrow morning! Thomas, kind words indeed! As far as inspirational goes...right back atcha. One more full day of family visiting and then we are free! Love to have them here...love to see them go! Ha! Have a great evening! |

Master 8249 Eugene, Oregon Bronze member | Subject: RE: 12.25.16 Merry Christmas!!! Merry Christmas to all! Our workouts must be synced again--71 minute run here. Only no treadmill here--we had a very rare (for Oregon winter) brilliantly sunny day) and the trail along the Willamette River has been sufficiently cleared of tree debris from last week's ice storm to make it safely runnable. Normally if we get weather that clear, it is due to a massive cold front with temps in the teens, but it was in the low to mid 30's for my run after an overnight low of 26--not bad. Mom followed on the bike! Dad managed to find the one Starbucks open in town today and bring back eggnog lattes! Rest of day mostly spent making and eating the turkey dinner. Oink! |
