Subject: 3.13.17 Monday Morning!Hey BT! Good morning! 4:30am: :50 minutes on the trainer, high cadence sprint intervals 5:30am: 5X5 stronglift: squats, deadlifts, chest press, military press I have a totally crazy week ahead--lots of traveling which I'm not a fan of during the week. Today after school I'll be driving our younger daughter 120 miles west for a basketball tournament that doesn't even start until 7:30pm our time...this is just the start of the craziness! By the way, I have not chimed in on the 'do away with Triathlon Talk' thread...I know what it's worth to me and a few others that I know!  Have a great day! |
