Subject: RE: 3.16.17 Thursday TrainingYikes--that is a lot for morning before work. I've found I just start to fade at work if I go much beyond 90 minutes early AM; I usually split up anything longer or save it for the weekends.
Had to make like a high school student again and go to 6 AM swim practice (though I have my own lane and do my own workout ). Ugh--I'm used to running and biking early AM, but for some reason swimming is more of an uphill battle. Plus I tend to feel like eating, taking a nap, or both all morning! No meet today, but one of our lifeguards quit and until/unless he is replaced, I have lost most of my after-work swim access except for 60-70 minutes on Mondays, and that only if I can get to the pool within 35 minutes of the end of the school day--not always possible!. |
