This week I joined a somewhat local Master Swimmer club (the very local one's practices don't play nicely with my schedule ) and that cute little coach made me kick my own butt with a sprint workout. I think the total distance for the hour workout was only 1400 yards, but I was ready to barf on more than one occasion. Afterward, my shoulders had that dull pain that I usually get after swimming around 3 to 4 thousand yards.
I think this is going to money well spent
Oh, and I started my morning out with my daily 5 minute workout: Two minute plank, 37 pushups, and 15 sit ups. The plank stays at two minutes, the other two are added to every so often. I just started the sit ups about a week ago at 15; before that it was just the plank and pushups.
