Subject: 5.23.17 Tuesday Training

Good morning BT!

4:45am:  :30 minute run

5:15am:  :45 minutes plyos + core

Had a great conversation with my coach last night, created a plan going into the summer and set a goal for some summer olys/sprints.  Taking a break from the long endurance stuff and want to work on a little speed (well, speed as it relates to me!)  Feeling excited and motivated again!

5:30 AM--easy 40 minute run

5:30 PM-- 1:05 trainer ride, mostly Z2 with some big-gear pickups. I accidentally did last Tuesday's workout, and never noticed until I finished and went to log it. Talk about brain-dead! In the final throes of progress reports. (We also have three more weeks of school, counting this one.)

Love the comment Kim as speed is all very relative to me as well.

Easy 1800 yards in the pool this am and have 45 minutes on the trainer scheduled for this afternoon after picking up the bike. Hopefully they will find a smoking gun on my bike issue.

Good for you, Kim. Have fun with the short course stuff!It's been a busy vacation for me. Yesterday I swam 1900 yards. Today, I had a 45' run, and then hiked 9 miles in Hawaiii Volcanoes National Park. Highly recommend it to anyone!Tomorrow is an easy Run and some strength. Then, a very long day on an airplane to come home. Have a great few days, BT!
