Subject: 8.3.17 Thursday trainingGood morning BT! 8:00am: 60 minute hike with the dog squad 9:00am: plyo strength stuff So this August I am backing way off of the long cardio and doing a combination of shorter Z2 workouts and HIIT type workouts. I'm doing a experiment in getting my cortisol levels way back down--they have been chronically elevated since the training for and completing St. George HIM and then the training/racing this summer. Back to the classroom today--Karen, that is an early start for you next week! Booo! Our official meetings don't start until Aug. 22. Kids start Aug. 28.
