Good morning BT! Drove to Cheyenne yesterday--not Ft. Collins--that would not have made sense! Traveling across Nebraska today. Plan is to get to Omaha, hoping to run either tonight or tomorrow morning.

4 mile run tonight on my 2nd favorite system of trails. They're doing a lot of work over there and I keep finding more of them in this big labyrinth.

Happy Travels Kim,

900 yards at the Ventura Aquatic Center. Such an amazing pool, can't get over how crystal clear the water is. I certainly swam with a smile this evening. Good to be getting back to the pool workouts after a couple months off.

1:30 Trainer Ride from Hell. Very long days at work Tuesday and Wednesday and my body was just not into it. Ugh!
