4:30 PM--1:45 trainer ride with 30 minutes total off HIM effort repeats.
My last workout over an hour before Worlds, assuming I can avoid flu, being hit by a North Korean missile while flying to SFO via Tokyo on Saturday, or losing self or bike somewhere en route to Tennessee. Not to mention the fact that I haven't actually run over 30 minutes on the road since the end of July. I just don't want to until I have to., Feel like things are slowly getting better and no need to risk aggravating it.
