Subject: 9.28.17 Thursday Stuff!Good morning BT! 4:30am: :60 minutes on the trainer, solid Z2 5:30am: :30 minutes of strength stuff Woke up this morning, checked Training Peaks for my workout and saw that this was my day off! Figured as I was up I might as well do tomorrow's workout today and take tomorrow off. Heading to Twin Falls,ID for a CC meet and will get back late--I'll want to sleep in a little bit tomorrow.
