Subject: RE: 11.6.17 Monday Morning!45 minute circuit training class, that I've been attending for a few months now, and love it. Hate it some days, but love it lol Tonight, a circuit of bear crawls, push ups, planks, jumping jacks, pendlay rows, bicep curls, bent over rows, sumo squats, lunges, burpees, etc all done in a continuous circuit. About 16 different exercises, and it's grueling by the end, but it's fun all at the same time. Hope you all had a great Monday!  |
