Subject: 2.18.18 Sunday Funday!

Good morning BT!  

Well, sunny here but 30 mph wind gusts might keep me inside--plus looming dark grey skies on the way. Karen I think we're getting your weather from Idaho!  Safe travels, btw!

So, either a blustery/wintery outdoor run today or a snoozefest treadmill run on tap for me today...we shall see!

Hope you get to run outdoors. It never actually did anything in Boise yesterday or today as of takeoff time today--just a lot of gloomy clouds and blustery wind. No rain, snow, or, worse yet, "winter mix". I think the NW coast got hit hardest and the Cascades blocked most of the front. Weird living on the other side of the "rain shadow" after so many years on the wet side.

In SFO now; "Leavin' on a jet plane" shortly for Tokyo and then on to Saigon.

3.25 mile run while pushing the boys in the stroller. Also did some chest, an, and calf strengthening exercises. I missed my last bike session. Gotta tighten up on that.
