Subject: RE: 2.25.18 Sunday Runday! Two-hour trainer ride. Somehow I don't seem to have lost as much fitness/resilience for the bike as for the other two sports. Power was close to normal although HR was a bit high for watts/effort. Two hours wasn't that bad. An hour run Saturday felt like forever, and my upper body has been sore since Thursday from swimming and strength. Amazing how much fitness one loses in just 3 weeks. And that was neither complete "rest" (I think I did eight 30--minute-ish runs and three one-hour trainer rides in three weeks ), nor being ill or injured. Just backing off from serious training.
