Elite  4583   |  Subject: 5.20.18 Sunday Runday!Good morning BT! Heading out for a 4 hour trail run, the weather is beautiful today so should be a good time! Unfortunately our 4X800m took 2nd place at State yesterday darn it! But, they ran a heck of a race but North Tahoe edged them out by a few seconds. No other medalers except one of my senior CC boys took 4th in the 3200m. It was a great weekend though and ends 4 years of working with some amazing kids! Have a great Sunday BT! |

Master 8250  Eugene, Oregon Bronze member | Subject: RE: 5.20.18 Sunday Runday! Congrats on the kids' running at State! One hour trainer ride here, mostly easy stuff, then a report card marathon. We all know about those! Roughly six hours to wrap up 20 card with comments for six areas. (I had started but sort if halfway done with a lot of items while waiting for kids to finish assessments and projects.) Back to "real" training this week. Trying to build run volume to get to some kind of run fitness than will let me do more than just "complete" a HIM run, which is where I (barely) am at the moment. |
