Elite  4583   |  Subject: 5.31.18 Thursday Training!Good morning! 4:30am: 1:45 run...legs are feeling the usual fatigue of the build up of long training miles. But...that also means I'm ready to roll Saturday! Karen, yeah--in hindsight I should have never picked a race that fell on the last Friday of the second to last week of school. It really is the worst possible day for me to miss tomorrow--buuuuut, seemed like a good idea at the time, lol! Hubby and I leave for Bryce Canyon today after school! So excited! Have a great day! |

I did a 45' ride on the trainer last night, mostly because I didn't want to be out in 100 degree heat (at peak traffic). 5:45 - 45' moderate run 6:30 - 15' core work Have a great time at your race, Kim.
