Good morning all!

Slept through my alarm so I was up an hour later than I was hoping. The boys decided they wanted to get up in the middle of the night a few times and cry, so it was a long night.

90 minutes of zwift. Supposed to be easy, zone 2 stuff but nothing felt easy. I’ll blame it on the boys keeping me up last night.

Now I get to see what the honey do list entails.

Happy training!

Nothing particularly scintillating here but really nice running weather--blinding sunlight, low 70's, cool breeze. One hour run this morning (checking on the goslings at the big pond, who are looking quite grown-up but still no adult markings); 55 minute trainer ride with some short pickups at 90-95%; 15 minutes on the rowing machine for a little upper-body strength/mobility action. Seems to help with elbow--just the right range of motion to stretch things out while not enough to be painful.
