(Plus the minor issue that I can't really ride outside right now... ). 90 minute trainer ride here, mostly mid to high Z2 with some Z4-5 pickups. I started working with my coach again, for just bike and run, to avoid boredom and provide some structure and accountability. Trying to get back the high end--I was working through a beginner cycling program since April and haven't done much above about 80%.
Then we walked into town to check out Fun Days. Not so fun as it was about 90 degrees and not much shade! |
