Subject: RE: 07.19.2019 It Friday! Just one hour trainer ride here with 45 minutes of high-cadence work; might do a short workout on the rowing machine later to get in some upper-body action. Supposed to be a recovery week, although not really sure what I'm recovering from! Starting next week we will probably be getting into the triple digits, so need to start getting runs in earlier in the day. Lucky though that it is almost always a very dry heat, and usually temps are pretty comfortable until late morning. Even on the hottest day forecast (104? ), forecast is for a morning low in the low 70's with low humidity. |
