Good morning, crew!

Up early this morning for a 2.5 hour trainer session at Z2 with a few pickups here and there so I could get my butt out of the saddle. Jumped on the treadmill right after for a 2 mile transition run.

Hope everyone has a great day!

I planned on doing 2-1/2 hours on the bike trainer.  I normally ride outside on Saturdays, but it was raining so I took the 2-1/2 hour outdoor ride inside.  I was feeling drained about 2hr 10 minutes into the ride so I opted to cut things short.  When I ride outside on Saturdays I typically do a brick run off the bike at race pace for a few miles.  Since I was inside today I skipped the brick run. So just 2 hr 12 minutes (40 miles) for me today.

No bricks here.... 1:40 long run along the Greenbelt. I got started reasonably early so was spared the temps later on--probably going to hit triple digits later today!

Just a quick spin in the pool to get everything sorted out.

Then I messed up my goggles with too much anti fog spray, back up goggles for tomorrow.

Hope you guys had a good one.
