Subject: 02.10.2020 Monday morning woke up it's storming...Hello World,
Hit the trainer like it hurt me this morning. 10:00 warm up 6x6:00 (Big Gears ) with 1:00 recovery between sets. After complaining the other day that I couldn't get a good bike workout, turns out I just have to try harder. My legs can't keep up with my cardio system.
