Yo!

So I find a box while cleaning up the other day, All of our Insanity Discs. I can do that I say, great way to add something different I say...I am sad that the walls of my basement had to watch me do that. hahahaha But I did it.

Also 45 minutes on the trainer, got my Tri Bike set up with new cockpit and aero bars. Was a comfortable ride.

Get ready for the weekend!!! Well, after you're done your next ten zoom calls.

Rabbit! Rabbit! Rabbit!

I am working at home today and my wife requested that I get up early and start work so that I could help her with things she wanted to do this afternoon.  So 5:45AM this morning...work..but no workout.  My wife was sure that I would have time to run outside this afternoon.  She knows that I love to run in the daylight (as opposed to the usual early morning in the dark).  So, I should get a run in later today.  The only question is if I should knock off a 5k or 10K TT for my virtual races since I will have daylight or do them next week in the dark as planned and do a long run today.

One Zoom call is done.  Fortunately, that is the only one on the schedule for today.  I couldn't handle 9 more.

I made it for a 70 minute Run/Walk.  my legs were feeling sore from workouts earlier in the week so I opted for the long and slow rather than the short and fast. It is a lot hotter in daylight that it is in the morning dark.  I did the same course two days ago and it was about 50 degrees at 5:30 AM.  Today at 5:30 PM it was about 80 degrees.  So 7 miles into this run I was ready to stop.  So I walked the end instead of running.  I still was pretty happy with the run.
