![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() Good Morning BT! 5:00 AM - 12.5 mile run. Later today I will try to get in a quick 1000m swim. This morning's run another mini-victory. I did a 1/4 marathon time trial 6 days ago and positive split every mile of the way. I slowed down to where I came across the 10K at over two minutes slower than my 10K TT I did a month earlier. The 1/4 marathon TT average pace came in slower than most of the 1/2 marathons that I have run. So, this morning the goal was just to run even splits. I held the splits fairly even for the first 7-8 miles then I started to negative split. The pace came in about about 7 sec/mile faster than the pace on the 7-mile tempo run that I did yesterday. I was very happy with this run. Is anyone doing anything noteworthy this weekend? Edited by BlueBoy26 2020-06-12 9:10 AM |

Master ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() Nice running... Pathetic 35mins in the water this am and I'll do an easy Sufferfest in a little while. Long run tomorrow and then a quite ugly ride in the mountains on Sunday.. |
