Oh my gosh! You are my idol! Sprint distance tri in 1 hour 30 minutes! Wow! Congratulations! And you're my age! Way to go!! Read My Own Triathlon and see my 'baby' first tri in a pool, no less! My goal is an open water swim next summer. You're my inspiration.

Great job!  Very fast!  Those transition areas that are long are tough!

Your swim time was fantastic!
The run to T1 was pretty bad, wasn't it?

Swim to T1 was AWFUL. Did you do the race? What did you think?

Yeah - I did the race too. I think I swallowed about half the pool, and according to my friends that were there I swam waaaay around the buoy in the shallow end. I just walked the second one, which I didn't want to do but was just frustrated at that point!

Well, at least you got through the swim in one piece! At least we got some practice swimming with A LOT of people in close proximity....

Congrats on the race!

WOW... Nice work. Great swim, admirable bike, and enviable run. Where/How do you train? How many races have you done? Color me impressed!!! My goal last year (for this race) was to finish... this year was to get in under 1:45, next year I'd like to get in around 1:35. Any tips?? Your bike and swim particularly, were outstanding!!!
