Subject: Double or Nothing: Winter ChallengeLooking for a boost to beat winter doldrums? Try the Double or Nothing Challenge. Complete two workouts a day for seven days in a row. If you miss a workout, you must start over. Workouts must last 30 minutes each (at least ), and consist of swim, bike, or run (or a combo ). Bricks don’t count as two workouts.
