Great!  I ran a long run for my IM training on Thursday and did 9 miles in 1:33, which is good for me!  I hope everyone else is getting stoked!

Hope everyone's training is still coming along. I signed up. For me, it'll be a long training run (12 min pace).

It will be my first half marry. I am actually training for the Gulf Coast Tri (HIM) so this will be a great training run.

Has anyone ran the half course? How hilly is it?

Thanks,

Tony

Anyone interested in meeting up before the race?

Jonathan22, it'll be an 11:30 or 12min pace for me as well if you need a running partner.  I don't talk much when I run, but I like to keep pace with someone - keeps me honest, otherwise I get tempted to walk too long thru the drink stations.

Sounds cool by me. I'll be wearing a KPMG running top and starting in the back of the crowd.

I'll be there and look for folks before the race. I usually write Blue and Jack on my legs.
