Subject: RE: Deal or no DealI, too, am not really a fan of the show, but I've watched it on occasion. Here are my rules for going on any show like that: 1. If you keep in mind that no matter what you walk away with, its more than what you walked in with, you'll have fun. And you have a great story to tell for the rest of your life. I hate when they make people go through the rest of the process once they've taken a deal to show them what would have happened. Well, it didn't happen, so you're taking up valuable air time. Move on to the next player. 2. When the odds pay right, take it. I hate when someone's staring a 4 to 1 shot at $500k in the face and passes on anything over $100,001. But, I'm a math geek and poker guy, so its kind of how I always think. |
