Is it possible to create my own training plan within my training log? I've imported one of the plans but would like to add to it and modify it to fit my needs. How can I do this?
Read through the article, and make note of any questions/issues you think of. You can then post them here, or PM/email me, or if you'd like we can go over it during the Training Log chat on Sunday evening and do a live walk through of the process.
If your goal is to just 'move around' the workouts of an existing 'silver' plan you imported to customize it to your schedule, then you can simply use the 'copy/move/delete' functions of your planned training.
