You mean clothing, not wetsuit right?

Anyway apparel wise I prefer a two peice. Its less restircting, and easier to go to the bathroom with. I do have a one piece and will wear it occasionally but I do prefer the two piece. Also you can mix and match tops and bottoms so it always looks like you have different gear at you races.

I prefer the one piece because I look awful in a two piece suit.

Aside from the fact that I think the 1-piece suits look kind of... gay (not that there's anything wrong with that)...

2-piece allows me to make a last-minute decision to go topless if the race allows it (a lot of the races I do allow it). I don't have to completely disrobe to use the bathroom for the 6-10 times I have to before the start... I don't have to worry about the suit being too short, executing a "divide and conquer" in the nether regions. I can mix and match.

I think that about covers it.

I prefer a one piece.

I like it because it is very stable and doesn't move at all when I am racing.  But when I am cycling I always wear bibs because I think they are much more comfortable.  Same thing for me with the 1 piece.  As for going pee I just pull on one of the legs and water the bushes that way (actually it is probably quicker than messing with a drawstring on your 2 piece's shorts).

That said I am probably gonna go 2 piece for my IM for the ajustablilty factor.  But I have worn the 1 for all the other distances.

I have a one piece....but will probably switch to a 2 piece. My first tri last year nervous jitters sent me to the bathroom about 4 times...what a pain with the 1 piece!!!

I currently have a one piece, but I'm looking at switching that to a two piece.  The one piece is nice because it is a little less fussy (no adjusting the different pieces), but it's really hard to go to the bathroom in the one piece.  I also have a long torso, so I sometimes feel like the one piece is a little short, which made it uncomfortable during a longer race.

After 3 kids, I owe it to society to wear a one piece.  Otherwise, I'd choose 2 piece for comfort.

Unless it's just a one-piece swimsuit for a sprint or something, I prefer a two piece. They're a little easier to get in and out of (especially for a last-minute porto stop before the race), and they fit better. One pieces never look and feel right on me, but then again, I always have to buy a different sized top and bottom when buying a two-piece tri suit anyway, so maybe that has something to do with the one pieces not fitting right...

I'm teling you guys (and I do mean guys) if you wear a one piece the easiest way to pee is just to pull on the leg hole pull your you know what out the leg hole and pee.

It really is very easy.  Try it next time instead of taking your whole suit off, which is what it sounds like you guys are doing.

I asked the same Q about a month ago and the wife and I are buying our 2 piece outfits this week.  Sounded easier for bio breaks and for mixing and matching down the road.
