see, this is what i have to work on with the mental training stuff. i had a half-decent race, not my best, but not my worst. who cares if i look like the scary lady from down the street?

Or maybe its because I'm always making funny faces at the cameras whether intentional or not.  I can't seem to look normal in a picture...

I'm the next state over, in Sioux Falls South Dakota. Once the weather gets better I'll be heading out to MN once a month for a training session with a friend who lives out there as well.

Well, I think that just proves the bikes were more difficult than last year and how could anyone possibly have done well (excepting freckle face and anyone else who improved...). Yeah!
