Comments:

The swim is where my mental well being went down quickly. I really didn't swim terrible, but I just started off in the dumps. I was'nt really feeling well before this race and it showed mentally and in turn physically. Got off course a couple of times, but nothing terrible.
What would you do differently?:

Swim more.

Comments:

Ahhh couldn't get my jersey on. I really need a tri top. It was a LONG run to the transition area
What would you do differently?:

Need a tri top ASAP

Comments:

I biked on a rental Trek 1500. I miss my Tri bike! I chose to not fly my bike down for this race in the interest on ease. I got off the plane late yesterday and didn’t really get a chance to properly fit the bike. About 4 miles into the ride I realized the seat was way to low, this caused back pain and my legs to hurt. Mental state is going down quickly. I usually bike way faster. RRRR
What would you do differently?:

Bring my bike

Comments:

The first lap I was really not running well. I should have averaged 7:10's and it didn't happen. The second lap I actually started feeling better, but it was too late.

Event comments:

This race was just not a good show for me. I should have brought my bike and I wish I would have been feeling better. Overall I'm very glad that I did this race! My parents were down here to watch and you know how parents are, they are proud no matter what. The Army had their West Point Tri team down her, they were crazy fast! The ladies on the team were smokin! Makes me want to go back to college.

Dude! I wish a poor run for me was 7:27/mile! Considering you didnt have your own bike, and you flew to Orlando to race, I would say you had a Great race!

Great Job!
