Subject: Japanese flag issues

It's still a little cold over here in blighty and I've taken to wearing a pair of running tights under my cycling shorts.  These two layers are all that's seperating me from an indecent exposure charge.  However, I'm finding that I'm getting a little chaffing on the old buns.

What do people wear to alleviate such problems?  Should I stick a pair of jersey boxers underneath?

You'd be better off wearing the running tights over the cycling shorts. The chamois is your friend.

Also, try some chamois creme.

You don't want anything but  the chamois in contact with the skin.  Otherwise you will end up in major discomfort.

When he bends over you see a bright red dot in the middle of a white red bike.

Deffenantly reverse the order or get some tight with the pad built in.

Tights OVER shorts.  This is what I do all winter (too cheap to buy long bike tights) and it works great.  No problem.
