GOT OFF THE BIKE AND MY RIGHT CALF STARTED TO CRAMP, SO I TOOK MY TIME GETTING MY RUNNING SHOES ON.

AT THE START OF THE RUN MY BOTH MY CALVES WHERE CRAMPING AND THEN THE RAIN HIT. I WALKED TOO MUCH OVERALL BUT I DIDN'T LET MYSELF WALK FOR LONG PERIODS.

That was actually a quite good race, particularly given that you didn't train much.  Just think how much faster you'll be with consistant training!

The fact that you pulled this off when you have a newborn and haven't really trained is incredible. Your season is off to a nice start.

 Now to write a training plan that includes some Caps Lock key exercises....
