That is a great time, what were you using for a watch though? That is a whicked time! No wonder I never saw you guys! I was in at 42:21 by my watch, was 2 mins over my goal, but whatever, it was a fun day with a whole lot of good looking people in Lulu Lemon. Wow, is that ever a great product  Good job to everyone else in that took part, what a great turn out! |

Hey from what I've heard busygirl, that is a pretty tough run with a hill or two , 51 is a great time, I'm thinking of trying that run next year since I made (hopfully) my goal of placing in the top 1000. Man that still sucks, 1000 people beat me? Bummer!  |

Yup, it is one of the hilliest courses around. The last time I ran it,I was able to squeeze a 50 minute sumthin'. But I just about puked that time! This time I felt strong the whole way, and finished smiling. It wasn't the time I wanted, but I didn't dig deep enough to push for it. All in a days work. SOunds like you guys had an awesome time at the Sun Run. Kudos to you for placing in the top 1000! Not an easy task. You should definitely run Sooke next year |
