just relax and watch the other swim waves....It's a very nice beach, we'll have a gatorade/water table set up near the swim start....We're getting everything ready, and have a bunch of really great new things for everyone....

I did the short course bike and a little run by the lake last night...started to feel more "real."  When I do a 2nd dry run on the bike course this weekend (all 56), it'll feel more real.  Anybody wanna join me?

Oh man! I wish I had known before today that you were going to be doing a dry run on the course this weekend. I really wanted to go up this weekend and was hoping Jorge's training group wouldn't fall through...but it did. Darn it!

Have fun, and let me know how it is. It's super flat down here in S. Jersey, so the hills scare me. Ignorance is bliss I suppose....

Get ready to the leg press between now and 8/19, then.

If people are interested, I'm beginning the ride on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. from the park.  Swim and picnic lunch afterwards.  Weather forecast: overcast, high 70's, low 80's, thunderstorms predicted after 2 PM.

You guys are going to have a blast. I'm so envious. I've stayed away from here and the TM site to avoid depression but I just made the mistake of peaking in. Racer's guide, Bib #'s etc. I'm really going to miss being there. And now w/  team Riff Raff making an appearance it's even worse.Yell

Well enjoy, I'll be thinking of you all. Oh, and watch (and listen) for Bjorn on the bike. He's like a freight train rollin through. Something I'll never forget.

Now excuse me while I go shed a tear Cry Damn Collarbone!

I rode the course last Saturday - it's a great one. Lots of hills, but not killer... at least I felt good!

I'm riding the Cranberry course this weekend as a tune up, then I'm taking it easy and just spinning out and shaking out the legs til race day!!!

I'm sooooo excited! It's my 4th half! I want to go under 5:45! Possible? I think so! (I'm not speedy, just have a lot of heart!)
