Get in the water and warm up. Learn to crawl stroke. I did the breast stroke.

My First Tri. I wanted to finish at 1:15:00 I didn't but now I know why and will make nessesary improvements for the next race

Congrats on your first one.

 

Just look at it this way, now that you have done one one your mountain bike, you will always appreciate your next bike (assuming road bike).
