Comments: I could inhale but not exhale. I was nervous. It is my first tri What would you do differently?: Get in the water and warm up. Learn to crawl stroke. I did the breast stroke. Transition 1
Comments: Long transition. What would you do differently?: put run number on during this transition. swim with tri top already on. (this slowed me way down) Bike
Comments: I NEED A NEW BIKE. changing gears did work. I had to work way too hard on a cheap mountain bike. Road bike soon. What would you do differently?: BUy a new bike Transition 2
Comments: Good transition simple bike on rack helmet off, forgot racing number (see above) Run
Comments: I got beat up on the bike. Something wrong with my big toe What would you do differently?: Don't walk keep feet moving. Buy a visor I was beat up on the bike Post race
Warm down: Drink Water Oranges Coffee SONIC!!! What limited your ability to perform faster: Breast Stoke Long First Transition BIKE #1 Liabilty (I am buying a bike) Plenty of energy after race. Need to push harder on the run Event comments: My First Tri.
