Run
Comments: Very happy with the first run. What would you do differently?: Arrive earlier and warm up? Transition 1
Comments: Transition much better than last year. What would you do differently?: Nothing Bike
Comments: Although my time was the same as last year, It was much slower than goal. Seems like I'm struggling on bike legs of races this year. Funny since I'm a pretty strong cyclist. Transition 2
Comments: Best transition yet. I was finally able to come out of both shoes prior to reaching the dismount line without slowing to a crawl. Good dismount and run with the bike. What would you do differently?: Nothing Run
Comments: Slower pace than planned. Post race
Warm down: Walked, waited at the finishline for other Club members. Ate a couple of orange slices, and 2 bottles of water. Fought off severe stomach pains for the remainder of the day. Event comments: Overall my results were better than last year by 5 minutes but not quite where they should be. On the bright side, I'm very happy with my transitions and satisfied with my runs. Congrats to NAMSC members Johnathon, Sara, and Leslie for podium finishes also. Last updated: 2007-05-31 12:00 AM

Woke a 3:30 am, ate and left at 4:30 for the 2+ hour drive. After a restroom stop I finally arrived just in time to pickup packet, set up transition, restroom break, and get to the starting line.
None. Warm-up consisted of setting up transition area, and moving to the starting line.
